From the chair
This year has been unlike any we’ve ever experienced. We have experienced significant change; from our leadership, to our branding to the way we deliver our services. It’s been a time to reflect and to be grateful for the new opportunities, the successes and the wonderful new people who have joined our organisation this year.
From the CEO
When we began this year we could never have imagined the environment we would find ourselves in. To say it’s been an enormous challenge for us all is understating it. But despite the turmoil that surrounded the second half of the year, we stayed true to what really mattered, and that is supporting people in our community.
