Please join us in welcoming Felicity Beaulieu as Chief Operating Officer of EverAbility Group.
Felicity has worked in health settings as a clinician, manager and leader for more than 30 years. After graduating from Curtin University (WA) as an Occupational Therapist in 1991, she worked across sectors (including physical and mental health, community, aged-care and disability) in Australia, the UK and Canada. Her focus is building sustainable organisations, high-performing and engaged teams, and improving services available for clients.
In senior executive roles, she has navigated the changing health environments and funding mechanisms, advocating for health services at organizational, state and federal forums. Felicity holds a Graduate Certificate in Health Professional Education and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She chairs the Curtin School of Allied Health Advisory Board, sits on discipline advisory committees for universities and represents OT Australia and Allied Health Professions Australia in national industry forums.
